What therapy involves
Therapy sessions last for an hour and usually take place once a week. In these sessions, you would take the lead to explore issues of concern. I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead I aim to meet you in your world and join you in a journey towards finding your own preferred life path.

We start by exploring the difficulties you are facing and the way you currently cope. We also consider what you would like to change. We then work together to discover new, more satisfying, ways of being in life.
I offer you an opportunity to talk to me about your thoughts and feelings without fears of being judged or criticised.
I believe that with understanding, support and sensitive challenge people are able to make changes in their lives and relationships. My approach is always tailored to your needs as an individual.
Anything said in therapy sessions is confidential although I reserve the right to share some details as appropriate with my therapy mentor/supervisor. I also need your consent to contact your doctor or health care practitioner in case of health concerns or emergency.
